The journal does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, publication, or open access distribution. There is no Article Processing Charge (APC) and the journal does not offer paid options for expedited review or publication.
Third-level higher education students who study under a budget-funded form of training are also exempt from any payment (fees) for processing, reviewing and/or publishing individual scientific articles.
